Training Plans

A month by month plan to get you over the finish line

This is a key part of what we offer when you sign up to Deloitte Ride Across Britain. Although the focus is on the experience on the ride itself, we know that the training you do in the months running up to the event will have a huge impact on how much you enjoy it.

We also know that one size of training plan does not fit all. Riders are all different shapes, sizes, have different amounts of experience and most importantly have different amounts of time. This is why the first stage of the training is getting you on the right training plan to suit your level.

Once you are on the correct training plan you will received:

  • Monthly training email with guidance on priorities for that month and your plan to print out or upload
  • Winter training plans using turbo-trainers and static bikes to avoid the bad weather
  • Access to a series of Deloitte RAB training rides around the country where you can meet other riders and receive one on one coaching
  • Invites and special offers to foreign training camps to hone your technique in the sunshine
It is one of the elements of the Deloitte Ride Across Britain we are proudest about and is why 94% of riders have crossed the finish line so far.
