In light of the most recent update from the Government on the COVID-19 virus, we have taken the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming Spring Training Day.
By acting now, we are still able to recoup some of the costs and therefore can offer you a full refund for your entry fee (booking fees are non-refundable). Or if you prefer, you can donate your entry fee to one of our partner charities.
We understand that many of you would like to know definitive implications for the Ride in September. As it stands, Deloitte Ride Across Britain will be going ahead as planned. The situation is rapidly evolving and will continue to do so over the coming weeks and months. We will continue to closely monitor the developments relating to the spread of Coronavirus and noting all the updates and advice given by the UK Government, the World Health Organisation and other UK public bodies.
We remain hopeful that it will be business as usual by the time we get to Land’s End, but we are planning for contingencies and will update you regularly as the situation develops.
How do I get my refund?
There is no action required, we will process all refunds (excluding book fees) on Monday 30th March. This will take 3-5 working days to reach your bank account.
